Detoxification is a natural and constant process that our body does naturally. Our body knows how to continuously eliminate toxins through our sweat, digestive system, urine, circulatory, respiratory, and lymphatic systems.
While our body is designed to handle some toxins, it can go into overload when it needs to process too much processed food, pollutants and parasites we expose it to daily and these will really affect our body. We will be tired, stressed, constipated, hormone imbalanced, moody, suffer from low immunity that can cause us to be ill from time to time.
Detoxification usually includes one or more of: dieting, fasting, or avoiding specific foods, colon cleansing and others. Another way of detox is through the use of essential oils. When used in conjunction with a dietary and herbal detoxification, essential oils complement the natural cleaning process. Entering the bloodstream through the pores of the skin, essential oils are carried to all parts of the body via the circulatory and lymphatic systems.
Come October, Hong from Singapore will introduce you to the wonderful ways of detoxing with essential oils. Come share your health issues or problems and try on different essential oils during this 2 hour workshop and learn new and exciting ways of clearing and cleansing your body, mind and soul.
